I found Austin City Dental years ago based on good reviews online and so happy I did! Dr Cook replaced my old veneers about a year ago and I couldn’t be happier with them! They’re white without being that fake stark white that often give veneers away and I think they fit me/my face perfectly. I get compliments on my smile all the time! I moved to a new state a few years ago but after do some shopping around here I decided I couldn’t pass up the confidence I had in Dr Cook’s ability and willingness to listen to what I was actually looking for so made the travel back to Austin for the few appointments to remove and replace my veneers and very glad I did.

This is hands down the best dentist office ever. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, responsive, thorough--you can always reach them and get a question answered or appoint changed without hassle. Dr. Cook and all of his dental professionals (hygienist, Invisalign experts, etc.) are friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and professional

This office is a well-oiled machine, the entire staff takes pride in getting you in and out promptly--I have never waited more than a a few moments to be taken back or seen by Dr. Cook/the hygienist. It's clear the entire time really values their patient's time to the highest degree

Super competent and professional doctor and staff. My crown was perfectly matched in color and in bite comfort. I’m getting a bridge where there will be 3 crowns so will update then. I will say that the employees seem happy and calm. I think that’s a great reflection of the management.

My first visit to Dr Cook and it was a pleasure. The office staff and the doctor made me feel extremely comfortable (I am a very nervous patient because of an incident in my childhood). I am normally anxious about going to the dentist in general, but today I had none of that anxiety because of the excellent care and attention by this office. I would strongly recommend Dr Cook to anyone interested in a new dentist!

An Exceptional Dental Experience!

I recently had my six-month check-up and cleaning, and I can't say enough great things about my visit.

From the moment I walked in, Michelle, April, and Brittany were incredibly welcoming and personable. They made me feel right at home and took the time to chat, which made the whole experience so much more comfortable and enjoyable.

The cleaning itself was outstanding. Jessee was not only friendly and gentle but also incredibly thorough. She did an amazing job, and my teeth have never felt so clean.

It's clear that the entire team at Austin City Dental, especially Dr. Cook and Dr. Hernandez, is passionate about what they do and dedicated to providing the best possible care.
