Fall Updates
Dear Friends,
It sure was nice to feel some cooler air in the mornings this past week. I want to update everyone on a few items at the office. It may seem like overkill to some, but we continue to require masks for all people who enter our suite. If you don’t have one with you when you arrive we are happy to give you one for your visit. I continue to do this out of an abundance of caution and to help our immunocompromised patients stay as safe as possible while they are here. I appreciate your understanding and compliance. I’m pretty sure we will keep this policy in place until after the fall/winter flu and covid season.
We have been hiring a lot of temporary workers recently to help fill in for team members that are out on maternity or sick leave. Fortunately, we have found some great temporary workers that are now part of the team. Thank you for working with us as and being flexible as we are doing our best to stay fully staffed and keep your appointments as scheduled. Although our cleaning schedule is booking several months in advance, we can still see people quickly for emergency or restorative needs. Dr. Hernandez is here two days per week to help make sure we can take care of urgent needs.
As always, we appreciate your trust and your referrals. We are honored to help you keep your teeth for a lifetime. We will be closed the day before Thanksgiving so that our team members can travel to see friends and family. We will also be closed from December 23-Jan 1st, re-opening on January 2nd.
Best Regards,
Dr. Cook
